How Does It Work?
FlazHost Email Hosting provides professional business email with your own domain. Each customer gets a mailbox on the FlazHost email server accessible via webmail or email apps (Outlook, Thunderbird, mobile).
Workflow: Buy a plan → register your domain → setup DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) → automatic verification → mailbox active → send and receive email.
- Choose an Email plan (Free Trial, Starter, Business, Enterprise)
- Enter your domain (e.g. yourstore.com)
- Follow DNS setup guide — add MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records at your registrar
- System auto-verifies every 5 minutes — once valid, mailbox is active
- Login via webmail (
mail.flazhost.com) or use an email app

DKIM Signing & DNS Auto-Verify
Each domain gets automatically signed DKIM keys. DNS verification every 5 minutes.
- Two-phase Activation — Phase 1: ownership_verified (TXT only), Phase 2: active (full MX+SPF+DKIM)
- Outbound Relay — Outgoing email via SMTP relay for optimal deliverability
IMAP / SMTP
Access email from desktop apps (Outlook, Thunderbird) or mobile (iOS Mail, Gmail app, Samsung Email). Settings: server mail.flazhost.com, IMAP port 993 (SSL), SMTP port 465 (SSL).
Automatic SPF, DKIM, DMARC
DNS records for email deliverability are prepared automatically. Just copy the provided values to your domain registrar. Your email won't end up in spam.
Domain Admin Panel
Manage mailboxes at mail-admin.flazhost.com: add/remove mailboxes, reset passwords, view audit logs, and migrate email from Gmail/Google Workspace.
Alias & Forwarding
Create email aliases (e.g. [email protected] → forwards to multiple recipients) and forwarding to other email addresses.
Auto-responder
Set automatic replies (out of office / vacation) for specific mailboxes.
Email Migration
Import email from Gmail, Google Workspace, or other providers. Migration tools are available in the domain admin panel.
How to Use Your Email
Once your domain is active, you can start using your email:
Via Webmail
Open mail.flazhost.com in your browser. Login with your email address and password.
Via Email App
IMAP/SMTP configuration:
Incoming (IMAP): mail.flazhost.com port 993 (SSL/TLS)
Outgoing (SMTP): mail.flazhost.com port 465 (SSL/TLS)
Username: [email protected]
Password: mailbox password
Security & Privacy
- TLS Encryption — All IMAP/SMTP connections are encrypted with SSL/TLS
- DKIM Signing — All outgoing emails are automatically DKIM-signed, preventing forgery
- DMARC — DMARC policy protects your domain from spoofing
