Monitor all your FlazHost services in one dashboard — CPU, memory, disk, network, and uptime status for VPS, databases, apps, and tunnels.

How Does It Work?

FlazHost Monitoring provides a centralized dashboard to monitor all your services — VPS, databases, Runner/Kubernetes apps, xPose tunnels, and storage. Data is collected in real-time and displayed in easy-to-read graphs.

How it works: Each service sends metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network) to the monitoring center → data is stored and displayed in graphs → notifications are sent if anomalies are detected.

What you can monitor:
  • VPS/Cloud VM — CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Network traffic
  • Databases — active connections, query latency, storage usage
  • Runner/Kubernetes Apps — CPU, memory per container, logs
  • xPose Tunnel — bandwidth usage, connection status
  • Object Storage — storage used, bandwidth

Centralized Dashboard

One page to see the status of all your services. Compact view: critical, warning, and healthy resources at a glance.

Custom App Metrics

Beyond standard metrics, your apps can expose custom business metrics via Prometheus /metrics endpoint. Just add flazhost.metrics, .path, and .port labels.

Examples: order count, job queue, active users.

Monitoring Stack Components

Integrated monitoring stack:

  • Loki — Centralized log storage
  • Grafana — Dashboard visualization (isolated tenant per user)
  • VMAlert — Alerting engine
  • Telegraf — Container metrics collector via Docker API
  • Node Exporter — Host metrics per node
  • Promtail — Container log collector to Loki
  • VMAgent — Metric scraper to VictoriaMetrics

All components run as global services in Swarm.

Attach/Detach Apps

Monitoring can be attached to one or more Runner apps. Just select apps from the list — metrics and logs are automatically collected. Detach anytime when no longer needed.

Grafana Dashboard

Access the Grafana dashboard at grafana.flazhost.com. Each user gets an isolated Grafana tenant with pre-configured datasource. You can reset your Grafana password from the FlazHost monitoring dashboard.

Team Monitoring

Share monitoring access with team members. Add/remove team members from the monitoring dashboard — they can view the same metrics and alerts.

Change Tier

Upgrade or downgrade your monitoring plan anytime. Tier changes affect data retention, metric count, and alert quotas.

Real-time Graphs

CPU, memory, disk, and network graphs update in real-time. Selectable time ranges: 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days.

Container Logs

Access container logs for Runner/Kubernetes apps directly from the dashboard. Filter by time, level (info/warn/error), and keyword.

Uptime Monitoring

Monitor service availability. Uptime history with OK, Warning, and Down status — including downtime duration and cause.

Notifications & Alerts

Receive notifications if services have issues: CPU > 90%, disk nearly full, or service down. Notifications via email/WhatsApp (depending on plan).

Billing & Usage

View resource usage for billing purposes: bandwidth used, storage used, and usage hours.

Plans & Pricing

Monitoring is available as an add-on for your FlazHost services. Data retention and metric count depend on the plan.

How to Use Monitoring

  1. Open the Monitoring page in your FlazHost dashboard
  2. Select the service you want to monitor from the list (VPS, database, app, etc.)
  3. View real-time graphs and metric history
  4. Enable notifications to receive alerts when issues arise
  5. Set the time range for more detailed analysis

Monitoring is automatically active for all FlazHost services. No additional installation needed.

Notifications & Alerts

Create alert rules to monitor your app resources. Notifications are sent via WhatsApp or email when conditions are met.

Monitorable Metrics

  • CPU (cores) — CPU usage in cores
  • Memory (MB) — RAM usage in MB
  • Memory (%) — RAM usage percentage against limit
  • Restart (15 min) — Container restart count in the last 15 minutes
  • App Down — Detects if the app stops sending metrics (crashed/unreachable)

Alert Configuration

  • Operator — > or < (e.g. CPU > 0.8 core, Memory > 500 MB)
  • Threshold — The boundary value that triggers the alert
  • Duration — How long the condition persists (in minutes) before sending the alert
  • Channel — WhatsApp, Email, or both (depends on plan)

Alert Quota per Plan

The number of alert rules depends on your monitoring plan. If quota is full, delete old rules or upgrade your plan.

Monitoring Stack

FlazHost uses an integrated monitoring stack: VictoriaMetrics for metric storage, VMAlert for alerting, and Grafana for dashboard visualization. Each tenant gets an isolated Grafana instance.
